Copenhagen Games will once again feature CS:GO as one of its flagship games for the 2016 edition.

Copenhagen Games, which has supported CS:GO as a main tournament title since 2013, announced their 2016 edition in August with some change to the dating of the event.

Taking place as usual at the Øksnehallen exhibition centre in Copenhagen, the event will this time transpire on March 23-26 instead of in April.

While the sheen of the event has been somewhat eclipsed in recent years due to growing prize-pools of other tournaments, CPH Games is one of the few events to feature a sprawling, massive attendance and format, with 32 teams making the group draw of the main tournament last year (which Virtus.pro won).

Rain or shine, CS:GO will play out in Copenhagen on March 23-26

The CPH Games organisers have announced their featured games list for the event, which includes CS:GO, a separate CS:GO female tournament, and Hearthstone.

As always, the event retains its roots as a BYOC with PC rental options also available for international teams. Individual player sign-ups for the event are now open and will be until February 28th and can be found here (you need to log-in to an account to do so).
